In this world, doctors aren't the only ones who can heal you. Sing a song and a broken bone knits itself back together. That's vocal medicine, a real profession taught in clinics just like any other medical practice. Kana Fujii has wanted this life ever since a song saved her. She's got the voice for it too, though talent alone doesn't get you through training. Her mentor Ria Karasuma runs the Karasuma Phoniatric Clinic, and kind as she is, she doesn't hand out praise for free. Alongside Kana are Reimi, who pushes herself harder than anyone, and Hibiki, who coasts through most days with a smile. Singing on key is the easy part. A voice that actually heals takes something more, and the three of them learn that lesson one patient at a time, with plenty of strange healers crossing their path along the way. So what exactly does it cost to sing someone back to health, and is Kana ready to pay it?
