Shun just wanted to drop off something at his dad's office. Instead he pokes a crystal on the desk, the room bends sideways, and he lands in a cell far below the surface of the planet. Underground kingdom, own sky, own rules: Endra. And he is not alone in that cell. Emilio, the prince, is sixteen in a few days, old enough to claim the throne, which is exactly why he grabbed a sword and went after King Delzain. He lost. Now he sits in the dark, beaten, waiting for whatever comes next. Then the wall ripples and a boy from another world falls through it. Two strangers, two different worlds, one prison. Shun only wants a way home. Emilio wants the king dead. Somehow they end up chasing both at once. They will have to survive Endra first. Guards, monsters, people who would rather see the prince stay locked up. Shun has never held a weapon. Emilio has never won a fight. So how far can two kids like that really get?
