An emperor loses his wife. One day she is there, the next she is gone. Master Shen leans in with a simple offer: gather the seven dragon balls, summon the eternal dragon, and wish her back. Chiaotzu believes him. Except Shen runs the hunt through General Tao's soldiers, and the whole thing smells less like grief and more like a power grab. Goku and Krillin walk right into the middle of it, expecting a martial arts tournament hosted by the emperor. Bora and Upa are hiding a dragon ball in the mountains, and they are not handing it over. Bulma is out there too, chasing balls with Yamcha, Puar and Oolong. So who actually wants the wish, the man crying for his wife or the man whispering in his ear?
