Don't Hurt Me, My Healer!

Kono Healer, Mendokusai · このヒーラー、めんどくさい

Alvin wants one thing: to make a name for himself. So the young warrior joins the guild, takes a simple request, and heads out to prove he belongs. Then a magical bear shows up. He survives the fight, barely, and that is when a dark elf healer named Karla wanders over and calmly offers to patch him up. She seems to have missed the whole bear situation entirely. Here is the catch. Instead of healing him, Karla curses him. Stray too far from her side and he dies. Just like that, his big solo career is over before it started, and he is stuck dragging along the most exhausting partner imaginable, a healer who treats every emergency as a mild inconvenience and every decision as a chance to ramble. Alvin still wants to reach the top, though. He keeps taking jobs, keeps swinging his sword, with Karla trailing behind him and doing whatever she feels like. Can a guy become a legend when his life literally depends on the whims of the worst healer alive?
