Episode 2 · Chiikawa

Chiikawa

They are tiny. They are round. They are very, very cute. Nobody can say exactly what a Chiikawa is, and honestly, nobody seems to be in a hurry to find out. These little creatures just wander through their strange, soft-edged world doing whatever pops into their heads, and somehow it always turns into something funny. Then things get weird. One minute it is a calm afternoon snack, the next the whole day tilts sideways into pure absurdity. Sharp jokes hide behind those innocent faces, and the mischief they cook up is cleverer than it has any right to be. So what exactly are they, and why does watching them potter around feel so good?
