Catman Series II
In a city of walking, talking cats, one of them does whatever he pleases. Catman has no rules and no boundaries, so he barges through traffic, raids shops, and wrecks the day of every neighbor who gets in his way. The other cat-people have jobs, errands, and a low tolerance for him. Then comes the quiet part: nobody actually speaks. Not Catman, not the shopkeepers, not the cops. The words only show up as English and Japanese subtitles, and the whole thing was drawn in Flash, which gives every chase and pratfall a flat, jerky, weirdly funny look. What really gets him is the city itself. Every time he pulls a stunt, someone pushes back, and the fight turns into a running war of small crimes and petty revenge. Three seasons were made. Only one ever aired, so big chunks of his rampage are still sitting somewhere unseen. So who is really the troublemaker here: the cat who ignores the rules, or the city that wrote them?
