A fog rolls in, and another ability user is found dead. Then another. Tokyo, London, Yokohama: the same scene repeats everywhere, and every victim supposedly took their own life. The Armed Detective Agency starts digging, because the pattern is too clean to be a coincidence. Ango Sakaguchi comes to them with a name. Tatsuhiko Shibusawa. Calls himself the Collector. Here is the part nobody saw coming. To catch him, the Agency has to stand shoulder to shoulder with the Port Mafia. Yes, those guys. The same people they usually trade bullets with. Two packs of killers and detectives sharing one city, one enemy, and zero reason to trust each other. The fog keeps spreading. Abilities flicker, loyalties get tested, and Yokohama sits right at the center of it. So when the dust settles, who exactly is the Collector collecting, and what happens to the ones already gone?
