Konoha Inoue looks like any other second year student, just another face in the hallway. Nobody at school knows he once wrote a bestselling romance novel as a girl. Nobody knows he swore off writing two years ago either, and he plans to keep it that way. Then he spots a girl in the courtyard, tearing pages from a book and eating them, bite by bite, like she is snacking on crackers. Toko Amano is a year above him, and she has no intention of letting him walk away with her secret. Before he knows it, he is in the literary club, writing her a fresh story every day after school, because that is what she eats. He keeps his head down. He keeps producing snacks. But whatever happened two years ago is not done with him yet, and Toko seems to know more about it than she lets on. How long can someone keep feeding a hunger they refuse to name?
