Bleach
Ichigo Kurosaki has seen ghosts for as long as he can remember. That's just his normal. Then a girl in black robes drops into his bedroom, annoyed that he can actually touch her, and before either of them can argue about it, something with a mask comes crashing through the wall. A Hollow. It wants souls, and it wants his family first. Rukia throws herself between them and takes a hit meant for him. Bleeding out, she offers him a deal: take some of her power and fight. He grabs it. And takes all of it. Every last drop, leaving her collapsed on the ground while he cuts the Hollow down like it's nothing. Now she's stuck in a human body with no way back, and somebody has to do her job. That somebody is a fifteen year old with orange hair and zero training. He's not alone for long. His classmates start turning up with powers of their own, and together they handle the spirits infesting their town. Except the Hollows were never the real problem. Something bigger is watching, and it has already noticed him. So what happens when the substitute gets a bill he can't pay?
