Poppin'Party just played their first solo show, and four months later Kasumi spots a poster that changes everything. The Budokan. A contest for all-girl bands, finals on that stage. She and the others want in, and they are not the only ones. Every band in the scene is tuning up for the same fight, plus a big festival called FUTURE WORLD FES. Then CHU2 opens her mouth. The tiny leader of RAISE A SUILEN swears she will crush Roselia and Poppin'Party at the contest, and she means it. One problem: her band has no guitarist. Dozens of players audition. She calls all of them amateurs. But there is one girl she keeps chasing, Rokka Asahi, and she will not take no for an answer. So now the stakes are simple. Poppin'Party needs to prove they belong on that legendary stage, and CHU2 needs a guitarist before her big talk turns into nothing. Who ends up standing on the Budokan floor when the finals begin?
