Five girls want to be idols. Between lessons and rehearsals they still have to stay in shape, so they turn exercise into a routine you can follow at home. Push-ups, sit-ups, spine twists, dance, yoga, stretches, trunk work, even tai chi: each episode picks a few moves and walks you through them. Then it hits you. They are not just demonstrating. They are counting on you to get down on the floor and do it with them, rep for rep, and the running joke about dropping your body fat by a ridiculous percentage is aimed straight at whoever is watching on the couch. So the real conflict is not between the girls. It is between you and the pause button. They keep the pace friendly, the instructions simple, the encouragement loud, and by the time the credits roll your arms are sore and your mat is a mess. But can five aspiring idols really drag an audience off the sofa, or will most viewers just watch them sweat and call it a workout?
