Episode 1 · AIKa Zero

AIKa Zero

Aika is nineteen now, three years past the R-16 mess and seven shy of the hardened agent she'll become. She's just cruising in her plane when something catches her eye below: a girl being dragged off. A blast of enemy fire tries to shoo her away. It doesn't work. It only makes her want to know who's shooting. Here's the setup: at a girls academy, the prettiest students keep quietly joining some exclusive club. Except there's no sign-up sheet. A strange creature snatches them and bends them to its will in ways nobody wants to describe out loud. Aika walks right into the middle of it, and then her old R-16 partners show up wanting the same answers. So now they're all digging, dodging gunfire, and yes, the skirts are still short. Who's running this club, and what does it want with the girls?
