Episode 1 · Turkey! Time to Strike

Turkey! Time to Strike

Mai can throw three strikes in a row without breaking a sweat. The captain of the high school bowling club makes it look easy. Then comes her fourth throw, and everything falls apart. Every single time. The other girls have their own messy games, but nobody really minds. Bowling is fun, and that is enough. Rina just joined, and she cannot stand it. All that laughing after a gutter ball drives her up the wall. She quits. Mai refuses to accept it. One last match will settle whether Rina stays, and right after Mai lands her turkey, the lanes disappear. The five of them crash land in the middle of a battlefield, Sengoku era, spears and banners everywhere. Turns out the only way back is to replay that exact match, throw for throw. Mai has to find a way to score another turkey, this time with her life on the line. So what happens when the one shot she has never been able to land is the one that decides everything?
