A lawyer. A surgeon. A pilot. None of them ever pictured themselves on a stage with a microphone. That is exactly who 315 Production goes after: grown men who quit steady careers to chase something people told them was childish. The agency is brand new, and the producer in charge has one job, build a group that can actually make it. Rehearsals eat the days. Vocal drills, choreography until their legs give out, costumes, interviews they have no idea how to handle. And these guys are not teenagers with time to spare. Every one of them walked away from something safe to be here. So what happens when the first performance goes wrong, when the money runs thin, when someone starts wondering if they gave up too much? Can a handful of ex-professionals really become a group worth cheering for?
