Tsubasa is still pushing paper and schedules at Gandala Music, still the one who has to fix everything before anyone steps on stage. Only now B-PROJECT has grown from three idol units to four: Kitakore, Thrive, MooNs, and KiLLER KiNG. That means twice the egos, twice the phone calls at midnight, and a lot more people who think their way is the only way. Then something shifts. The job stops being about booking studios and starts demanding she actually hold these guys together, each with his own style and his own idea of what success should look like. She watches them chase perfection, stumble, doubt themselves, come back. Joy one day, disappointment the next. And through all of it, she keeps giving everything she has to push them toward the biggest moments of their careers. But when four groups want four different things and the pressure keeps climbing, how long can one person really keep all of them moving in the same direction?
