Tsubasa just landed her first real job at Gandala Music, and on day one they hand her the biggest act in the building. B-PROJECT is not one idol group but three: Kitakore, THRIVE, and MooNs, all under her care. She has no experience, no idea what she is doing, and absolutely no time to figure it out. Then the accidents start. A rehearsal goes sideways, a rivalry flares up between the groups, and every one of these boys turns out to have a personality that refuses to fit into any neat box. Some are stubborn, some are reckless, some just will not talk to her. Tsubasa wanted to manage idols. What she got was a full time job keeping a dozen egos from tearing each other apart. She keeps showing up anyway, learning their moods one disaster at a time. But the deeper she gets pulled into their world, the harder it becomes to tell where the job ends and where she begins. Can a rookie like her really hold this whole thing together, or is she just one wrong move away from watching it all come crashing down?
