A private academy sits on a hill above the ocean, and for generations it has churned out boy idols for the entertainment industry. The student council runs the place like it owns it, crushing anything that threatens the old traditions. Then Anzu transfers in. She is the first and only girl in the entire school, handpicked for a brand new producer course, and her job is to turn talented boys into actual stars. No pressure. She quickly falls in with four classmates: Subaru, Hokuto, Mao, and Makoto, who perform together as Trickstar. The school's biggest event is the Dream Idol Festival, a stage battle where units sing and dance and the audience picks the winner. Win, and you get prestige, privileges, everything. But when the council cracks down hard on an unsanctioned festival and punishes everyone who took part, Trickstar decides they have had enough. With Anzu behind them as their producer, they start planning something bigger than any single performance: a full on revolution inside the academy. Can four idols and one rookie producer really take down a system that has been in place for decades?
