Humanity finally gets to meet the Custodians, the ancient beings who cursed us with different languages thousands of years ago. Hibiki, Tsubasa, Chris, Maria, Kirika, and Shirabe head to Antarctica for an old relic, pull the science team out of a Coffin's line of fire, and hand the thing over to American researchers. Simple enough. Then Noble Red, what's left of the Bavarian Illuminati, decides they want it. Meanwhile, two girls from Lydian sit in a Ferris wheel with taiyaki stuffed with shiratama, perfectly sweet, and the snack is not the problem. Miku asks Hibiki something. Just casually. Hibiki searches for an answer while her heart does somersaults. A broken America, isolated and criticized for aiming its weapons at Japan, isn't making any of this easier, and the relic is still out there. Can S.O.N.G. and the wielders stop the people conspiring against them before another war starts?
