The Zeravire show up out of nowhere in 2041 and start flattening every military base in the solar system. Nobody saw it coming. Except Klein Sandman, a rich eccentric who has spent years quietly building an army for exactly this day, and his ace is Gravion, a towering robot that runs on gravity itself, which honestly sounds like a terrible idea until you see it punch a warship out of the sky. Meanwhile Eiji Shigure sneaks onto Sandman's base for a reason that has nothing to do with saving the world. He is looking for his missing sister, and the trail led him here, past guards and locked doors, straight into a fight he never asked for. That is where he runs into Toga, another young pilot with his own reasons for being there. The two of them do not exactly become friends on the spot. Along with four other pilots they get shoved into Gravion's cockpit and told to defend the planet, whether they like it or not. Six people, one robot, and a countdown they cannot see. Sandman clearly knows more than he is telling, and every battle chips away at the idea that this was ever just about the Zeravire. What exactly is he hiding, and what happens when Eiji finally finds out?
