Slayers Revolution
The Sword of Light is gone, and Lina Inverse is not happy about it. She and Gourry are trudging from town to town, hunting for anything that can replace it, and along the way they run into Amelia and Zelgadis in the kingdom of Luvinagard. Reunion! Tavern! Old friends swapping stories over drinks while somewhere outside, pirates get mocked. For a second it almost feels like old times. Then Wizer walks in. Inspector of the Special Investigative Unit, straight-backed, official, and completely bizarre in a way Lina cannot put her finger on. He looks at her and arrests her. No charges worth mentioning. No explanation at all. Just like that, the most feared sorceress alive is standing there being hauled off by some bureaucrat. So now Amelia and Zelgadis have to figure out how to spring their friend from a cell, Gourry has to remember he is supposed to be helping, and Lina has to swallow the fact that she cannot just blow this problem up. And the sword still needs replacing. What exactly does Luvinagard's inspector think he has on her?
