Seitokai Yakuindomo* OVA

Comedy2014GoHandsRating 7,817+HD

The student council room is back to its usual chaos, and this time the episodes come bundled with the manga or as standalones. Same crew, same deadpan faces, same jokes that absolutely should not be said out loud in a school. Nothing here builds toward a graduation speech or a big confession. It is just the council killing time between classes, and somehow every conversation goes somewhere it really should not. So what exactly gets said this time that nobody in the room is willing to repeat?
