First, there's the mess left over from before: Queen Nehellenia is back and the Outer Senshi return too. Haruka, Michiru, Setsuna, and little Hotaru, reborn as a child. Old grudges get settled, and it feels like things might finally calm down. Then Mamoru leaves for America. Just like that, Usagi is alone. And right when she's reeling, a boy band called the Three Lights shows up, Seiya, Taiki, and Yaten, and every girl in town loses her mind over them. Except these three aren't just idols. They're Sailor Senshi, and they came to Earth to harvest human Star Seeds for a woman named Galaxia who wants the whole galaxy under her thumb. There's another trio too, the Sailor Starlights, who want to stop Galaxia on their own terms, without Sailor Moon anywhere near it. So Usagi is fighting a war she wasn't invited to, against enemies who might not even be enemies, while the one person she needs is an ocean away. Can she hold everything together when even her allies don't want her help?
