Poemi Watanabe has one goal and zero patience: become a famous voice actress. Schoolwork? A disaster. Actual talent? Even worse. Does she care? Not for a second. She barrels through life at full speed, loud and clueless and weirdly hard to dislike. Then a mysterious alien shows up, kills her parents, and flattens half of Tokyo. Just like that, the dream is on hold. Poemi grabs a talking fish, turns it into a magic wand, and reinvents herself as the magical girl Puni Puni Poemy. Now she has to fight off invaders, keep her voice acting hopes alive, and somehow not destroy what is left of the city. Can a ten year old with a fish wand really save the world, or is she about to make things so much worse?
