Mink looks like a regular teenager until you notice the horns, the tail, and the wings she can snap open whenever she wants. Her mom is a red dragon. Her dad was the knight who came to kill that dragon and married her instead. All that mixed blood left Mink with a punch that can level a house and a tiny problem: the boy she likes, Dick Saucer, is a famous dragonslayer. Also a pop idol. Girls scream for him, and Mink screams a little too. Then she actually gets close to him. Closer than she ever dreamed. And that is exactly when it hits her: he will never look at a half-dragon the way she looks at him. So Mink and her friends, an elf who heals great but casts spells terribly and a dwarf whose parents treat her like glass, go hunting for a potion that can make her fully human. A creepy king wants to grab Mink to get to her mother, and his sorceress daughter has her own grudge against the girl. What could possibly go wrong? One more thing. Somewhere in all this chaos are concert tickets, and Mink wants them badly. Can a girl with a tail and a dragonslayer crush ever get her happy ending, or is she chasing a boy who was born to hunt her kind?
