Tsubomi is a high schooler who waits tables at Lingerie Pub Papillon, where the staff serve drinks in their underwear and flirt with the customers. She is terrible at it. The only reason she still has the job is that she is blackmailing her boss into keeping her around. Then one night, after a passionate encounter with a guy she barely knows, a talking cat with a butterfly on its forehead shows up. His name is Raama, and he hands her a new identity: warrior in lingerie, Papillon Rose. Meanwhile, an organization called Dynasty has its sights set on men's sexuality, and they have just sent an agent to Earth. Tsubomi is the only one in the way. So she suits up and starts fighting to protect the red-light district she knows so well, even though she never asked for any of this. Can a girl who can barely hold down a hostess gig really keep the whole world safe?
