Morina Nanase needs a summer job. Close to home, decent pay, nothing complicated. What she finds is Trattoria Festa, an Italian place that looks cute enough to make her forget she has never waited a single table in her life. She takes the apron anyway. Then the menu happens. Penne arrabbiata, tiramisu, caponata: dishes she cannot even pronounce, let alone serve. And the staff are no easier. Eccentric might be putting it kindly. Between memorizing recipes, dodging whatever chaos the kitchen throws at her, and keeping customers happy, Morina's quiet summer turns into a crash course in pasta and patience. She is starting from zero, in a restaurant full of people who seem to have been born holding a ladle. So how long before the new waitress either finds her footing or sends an entire order of tiramisu flying across the dining room?
