Mahiro hasn't stepped outside in years. His room is his whole world: futons, snacks, and a stack of erotic visual novels he knows by heart. His little sister Mihari has had enough of watching him rot in there, so she cooks up a plan to drag him back to normal life. The plan starts with a pill.
