The Pirates Festival only happens once every few years, and it belongs to pirates alone: the loudest, the worst, the ones with bounties so high nobody bothers counting. Luffy steers the Sunny straight for it, crew buzzing, because a party thrown by pirates is the one party you don't want to miss. Then the real prize gets announced. One of Gol D. Roger's treasures is hidden somewhere on the grounds, and every crew at the festival wants it. What starts as a celebration turns into a brawl, alliances shredding in minutes, old rivals clawing at each other for a shot at the King of the Pirates' legacy. And right when the fighting is at its worst, a pirate nobody saw coming walks in and flips the whole board. Buena Festa put this circus together, and it turns out he had plans for Luffy all along. What role does the man behind the festival expect the Straw Hat captain to play?
