The East Blue islands are getting wiped off the map, so Luffy and his crew sail out to see who is behind it. Then a pirate ship drops straight out of the sky. At the helm is Shiki the Golden Lion, a man who can make anything float and the only prisoner ever to walk out of Impel Down alive. Twenty years back he lost a fight to Gol D. Roger, and he has been stewing on that ever since. Now he wants the world, and before that he wants a crew. So he takes Nami. Just grabs her and vanishes, leaving the rest of them dumped on his floating islands where every rock and every animal answers to him. She is stuck playing navigator for a madman while her friends fight through a landscape that makes no sense. Luffy has to find Shiki's hideout and beat him, and the guy once went toe to toe with the Pirate King. So how exactly does a rubber kid from the East Blue take down a man who owns the sky?
