The Straw Hats pull into Anabaru harbor, and Nami spots a casino race with a prize big enough to make her eyes turn into berries. She signs the crew up before anyone can argue. What she does not know is that the whole contest is bait. An ex-Navy commander named Gasparde is waiting at the finish line, and his real prize is a graveyard full of pirates. The route turns brutal fast. Rival crews stab each other in the back, the sea itself seems rigged against them, and every shortcut leads somewhere worse. Luffy just wants to reach the end and punch whoever set this up, but Gasparde has soldiers, a plan, and no intention of letting anyone cross that line alive. The crew is not racing for money anymore. They are racing to get out. So who exactly is waiting at the finish line, and what happens when Luffy finally gets close enough to see his face?
