Episode 2 · Nyanpire The Animation

Nyanpire The Animation

A vampire spots a kitten about to die in the street and does the only thing he can think of: a drop of his own blood. The kitten wakes up immortal, and very thirsty. A girl named Misaki takes him home and names him Nyanpire, which is how a creature of the night ends up napping on a cushion and begging for dinner. There is one problem. Blood is hard to find when you live indoors, so Nyanpire hunts for anything red: tomato juice, ketchup, whatever is in the fridge. The other cats in the neighborhood are no help either, and each one is stranger than the last. His favorite line says it all. Want blood, meow. Can a vampire cat keep his teeth to himself long enough to stay someone's pet?
