Bananya

Slice of Life2016GatheringRating 6,80+HD

Something is moving on the kitchen counter. A bunch of ripe bananas hangs there, quiet and ordinary, until one of them starts to tremble. The shaking gets worse, the fruit pulls free, and it lands on its own two feet. Then the yellow peel rolls back and there is a cat inside. Nobody has ever seen what hides under that peel, and Bananya is not about to show anyone. Most days he just lounges around with the other bananyas, nibbling sweets and causing small trouble. He is gentle. He is lazy. He is also, somehow, a banana. But when the humans turn their backs, out come the games and the mischief, because a cat has to have some fun while he is stuck inside a piece of fruit. One dream keeps him going: to be covered in glossy chocolate and become a truly stylish chocolate banana. Will a cat who spends his whole life zipped up in a peel ever get his big chocolate moment?
