My Tiny Senpai

Uchi no Kaisha no Chiisai Senpai no Hanashi · うちの会社の小さい先輩の話
ComedyRomance2023Project No.9Rating 6,913+HD

Takuma Shinozaki is the new guy at a big company, drowning in reports and paperwork until Shiori Katase steps in. She is his senior at work, and she is tiny. Small enough that reaching the top shelf is a problem, though that never stops her from fussing over him: a pat on the back before a presentation, a hand with a messy stack of documents, a steady stream of quiet encouragement. Everyone in the office notices. Here is the thing. The way she dotes on him goes way past normal coworker kindness, and the pleasure she takes in it is written all over her face. Shinozaki is grateful, sure. He is also terrified that it is all just duty, a senior looking after a rookie because that is what seniors do. Because his own feelings for her stopped being professional a long time ago, and every time she leans in close to help, the awkwardness between them gets a little harder to ignore. So now he is stuck reading every small gesture for signs, second-guessing every smile, while she keeps finding excuses to hover near his desk. Two people, one office, and a growing pile of moments neither of them will name out loud. Is she really just being a good senpai, or is she waiting for him to say something first?
