Itsuki Hashima writes light novels about little sisters. That is his whole thing. He is young, he is talented, and his books sell well enough that fans line up for signings. But he goes home to an apartment with no little sister in it, which apparently ruins everything. His friends fill the place instead. Miyako, the college friend who somehow puts up with him. Nayuta, a fellow novelist and total pervert who has decided she is going to marry him. Ashley, who likes little girls a bit too much and enjoys being mean about it. And then there is Chihiro, his younger stepbrother, who cooks, cleans, and keeps the house running like it is no big deal. Except Chihiro is hiding something, and it might change what Itsuki thinks he has been missing this whole time. They stay up late arguing about nothing, drag each other on random trips, and throw parties when someone lands a deal. Underneath it, deadlines slip, old wounds sit unopened, and everyone is quietly carrying more than they let on. So when the secret finally comes out, what is Itsuki actually going to do about it?
