Keitaro finally passes his entrance exams and becomes a real Toudai student. Then, at the ceremony, he breaks his leg. That one stupid accident sends him off to rethink his whole life, and the next thing anyone knows, he has packed up and followed Seta on an archaeology dig overseas. So the Hinata Lodge is left without its manager. Enter Kanako, Keitaro's sister. She plants herself at the front desk, announces she is running the place now, and starts picking fights with every single tenant. Nobody asked for a new boss. Nobody trusts her either. Then a letter arrives from Keitaro. Just a letter. The tenants want it. Kanako wants it. What follows is a full on scramble through the halls, everyone grabbing and shoving and nobody reading a word, because the moment the envelope changes hands, Seta's car comes crashing through the building. Paper everywhere. Dust everywhere. The letter is still sitting there, unread. So what did Keitaro actually write? And who gets to open it first?
