Landlord is in Puberty!

Ooya-san wa Shishunki! · 大家さんは思春期！
Slice of Life2016Seven Arcs PicturesRating 6,513+HD

Moving out of his parents' place is supposed to feel like freedom, and for Maeda it almost does. Boxes everywhere, an empty fridge, a brand new apartment in a modern building. Then a middle schooler walks into his room like she owns the place. She kind of does. Her name is Chie, and she is the landlord. Then there is Reiko, who lives right next door. Curvy, friendly, and clearly not shy about a little flirting. A cute girl who cooks, a neighbor who teases him: for a guy who dreamed of being surrounded by beautiful women, this should be paradise. It is not. Cooking lessons, surprise visits, errands he never agreed to. Every day brings something new, and Maeda keeps finding himself dragged along. How much of this is really about rent, and how long can one teenager keep pretending he is in charge of his own life?
