Kaze no Stigma
Every Kannagi is born with fire in their blood. Kazuma wasn't. No flame ever answered him, and when he lost a duel for the family's heirloom sword to his younger cousin Ayano, the clan threw him out like damaged goods. Four years pass. He comes back calling himself Kazuma Yagami, and the wind does whatever he tells it to. Bad timing. Around the same time he shows up, Kannagi family members start dying, killed by wind magic, of all things. Nobody in the house needs a trial or a shred of proof. Ayano, who never learned to keep her temper, is ready to burn him where he stands. So now the guy they disowned has to save the relatives who hate him and prove he didn't do it, with the real killer still out there and nobody willing to believe a single word he says. He didn't come home for forgiveness. So why is he staying?
