Dawn and Athas stumble on a boy asleep in a strange place. He wakes with no name, no past, nothing but the word Pandora. Freewheel Town looks like a fresh start. Then the Ancient Hunter Group shows up, and they want him. Not to hurt him. To make him carry out something they call the Great Mission, and they won't say what it is. Jin and his friends fight them off, at least for now. So Pandora stays, learns how people live here, gets scary good at nado, the spinning top battles that decide everything in this town. He starts to feel at home. But the Hunters are still out there, and the better he gets, the more they seem to want him back. Why did they pick him in the first place, and what exactly are they waiting for him to remember?
