To everyone at school, Mamoru Kagemori is just the messy kid with the thick glasses and hair that looks like he lost a fight with a pillow. Nobody looks twice at him. Which is exactly the point. His family has spent four hundred years quietly watching over the Konnyaku household next door, and Mamoru got his own assignment a long time ago: Yuuna, the daughter, ever since they were small kids in kindergarten together. So when trouble finds Yuuna, the glasses come off, the ninja suit goes on, and the clumsy boy vanishes. Suddenly he is very good at what he does. The problem is he has to be good at it without ever letting her see who is standing between her and whatever mess she just walked into. She has no idea any of this is happening. He would like to keep it that way. Every rescue puts him a little closer to getting caught, and Yuuna is not the type to just let a mystery slide. How long can a guy keep saving the same girl before she starts asking who keeps showing up?
