Doomsday with My Dog

Sekai no Owari ni Shiba Inu to · 世界の終わりに柴犬と
AdventureSci-FiSlice of Life2022DLERating 6,50+HD

The world ended. Cities are just empty shells now, and the only person left alive walks through them with a shiba inu named Haru. Sounds grim, right? Not even close. Haru talks. He is smarter than most people she used to know, and he has opinions on everything: the ruins, the silence, the way his owner gets all gloomy about being the last human around. His solution is simple. Weird antics. Sharp little jokes. Long thoughts about life that come out of nowhere and somehow make the empty streets feel less empty. She wanted a pet. She got a philosopher with paws. So the two of them keep moving, one step ahead of despair, through a wasteland that refuses to be tragic. She is the last girl on Earth. He is a dog who will not let her act like it. What exactly is he thinking when he looks at her, and how long can a conversation with a shiba really hold off the end of everything?
