Ichirou Suzuki is days away from thirty and running on fumes. Deadlines, bug reports, another night without sleep. Then he finally closes his eyes, and when he opens them he is standing in a field somewhere else entirely. His body is fifteen again. His name is Satou now, the handle he used back when he was testing builds of the very games this world seems stitched together from. He barely has time to pat himself down before a swarm of lizardmen comes charging across the grass. One panicked spell later, they are simply gone, and his level has jumped to 310. Maxed out. Basically untouchable. So what does a guy with godlike stats and zero way home actually want? A quiet life. New friends, good food, and nobody finding out how strong he really is. That plan holds up for about five minutes. Because something else is moving in this world. The Demon King is coming back, and no amount of laid-back wandering will keep Satou out of it. How long can a man pretend to be ordinary when the whole game is rigged in his favor?
