Iroha already has enough on her plate: school, a part time job, and running a household she chose to live in alone. Her grades are the best in class, and she is exhausted. The one thing that settles her is watching Yachiyo Runami, the virtual singer who runs a space called Tsukuyomi, where Iroha blows off steam in battle games for pocket money. Then one night, on the walk home, a utility pole glows with colors that do not belong to this world. Doors open in the metal. Inside is a baby. The baby does not stay a baby. Within days she is a teenager, wild and spoiled and impossible to keep still, and she has a request: put me on stream. So Iroha digs up the music she walked away from, builds the setup, writes the songs, and the two of them start climbing. Kaguya sings. Iroha produces. Viewers pour in, the competition gets serious, and a duet with Yachiyo herself stops feeling like a daydream. They are good together. That is exactly the problem. Something has been watching from the start, patient and cold, and it has not come to congratulate them. It came for Kaguya, and it means to drag her back to the moon. Iroha finally has someone worth fighting for. What does she do when the sky itself comes to collect?
