Arihito Atobe was the kind of guy who answered work messages on the bus, even on the way to a rare day off. Then the crash happened. He woke up in Labyrinth Country, a place where the reborn pick a job class and sign up to explore deadly dungeons. He wanted a quiet life. Instead the guild handed him a Rearguard class nobody had ever seen before, one so strange their own records could not say what it actually does. Then his old boss Kyouka Igarashi showed up, freshly reborn and already assuming he would carry her workload again. He told her no. She promised he would regret it. Now he is putting together a party of his own, learning in the labyrinths that his odd support skills might be something far bigger than anyone guessed. Kyouka is still out there, and so is whatever his class is hiding. Will anyone join a leader whose own abilities are a mystery even to him?
