Demons called Youma have always figured the world belonged to them, and back in 199X they tried to take Tokyo and failed. Now their lord Mesh is giving it another go, starting with Megalo City, a place run by computers and full of people who have no idea what is coming. So humanity built its own answer: three fighters in cyber armor called the Sonic Soldiers. Here is the strange part. Only their leader Ryo does this full time. Chuck and Anise teach at a public school, and their students keep stumbling into the middle of things, causing trouble, occasionally figuring out who is under the armor. Ryo rides a talking blue motorcycle that upgrades itself when needed. Say the words Borg. Get On and the suits come alive. Each soldier also carries a personal cannon in his or her own color, and it only shows up for the final shot. Pink, blue, green. A schoolyard on one side, a demon lord on the other. When Mesh finally reaches Megalo City, will three part time heroes and a mouthy bike really be enough?
