Tokyo, 2023. Something is coming through from the other side, and it is not friendly. They call them Lucifer Hawks: beings from another dimension with a taste for conquest, and the human race is next on the menu if nobody stops them. Nobody normal, anyway. So the Tokyo police did the only thing that made sense. They put a handful of women with strange powers in one building, gave them a division of their own, and pointed them at the door the invaders keep opening. The Attacked Mystification Police Department. Witches, psychics, whatever you want to call them. They fight, they bicker, they save the city more often than anyone notices, and somehow they still have to file reports. But here is the thing about a unit built on powers nobody fully understands. The enemy knows them better than they know themselves. And when the Hawks finally come through in force, the women standing in the way will have to decide how much of themselves they are willing to burn to hold the line. What happens when the only thing between humanity and slavery starts to wonder if it was ever on the right side?
