Tenma still has no clue that Harima is head over heels for her, and Harima keeps chickening out every time he gets close to saying it. The guy has a decent excuse, though: his manga career has him buried under deadlines, and the pages aren't drawing themselves. Then somebody starts a rumor that spreads through the school faster than a cafeteria food fight, and now everyone thinks Harima is dating Tenma's little sister Yakumo. Class 2-D turns the whole mess into a rivalry, and the culture festival is coming up, which means the entire school gets a front row seat. Scattered in between: a runaway bride or two, some wannabe cupids playing matchmaker, and a cyborg who somehow got dragged into this. Also a shipwreck. Also a fugitive red panda. No, none of that is the weird part. There's a pig too, and yes, you should scratch him. He's into it. Harima's big confession keeps slipping further out of reach, the rumors keep mutating, and the festival is about to crank everything up another notch. So with all these people shoving him toward the wrong girl, how is he ever supposed to get the right words out to Tenma?
