Episode 1 · Rewrite: Moon and Terra

Rewrite: Moon and Terra

Kotaro wakes up in a city that looks exactly like home, except he's the only one in it. He walks the empty streets, turning over the same question, until he finds Kagari under a tree on a hill, running her research. She's searching for a version of Earth where humanity doesn't die out. He doesn't fully get it, but he offers to help anyway, mostly because without her he can't get back to the occult club and the friends he misses: Akane, Chihaya, Shizuru, Kotori, Lucia. He has no idea how wild things are about to get, or how much the survival of everyone depends on him. What will it cost him to find the one future where they all live?
