Koji Amami decides the cafe needs a second location, and not just anywhere: Hawaii. Nozomu Tokura, Aoi's older brother, gets handed the keys and the manager title, then lands in a place where he knows the menu but not a single face behind the counter. New coworkers drift in one by one, each with their own way of doing things, and the shop still has to open on time, brew properly, and somehow turn a profit. Between learning names, settling arguments over the register, and figuring out how a rainy-day cafe fits under a tropical sun, Nozomu keeps pushing toward a grand opening that actually works. Will he get the place running before it quietly falls apart?
