A strange message arrives from Arceus, a Pokémon nobody has actually seen. So Satoshi, Pikachu, and the others do the obvious thing: they track down Takeshi and climb Mount Tengan to find out what is going on. What waits for them up there is a Heatran tearing the place apart. And standing behind the chaos, Team Galactic. The same Team Galactic that was supposed to be finished. Except they are not finished. The commanders are still chasing their missing boss, and the only way they can think of to reach him is to crack open a gate between dimensions. That is a problem big enough to drag in three Legendary Pokémon and Sinnoh Champion Shirona herself. Plenty of muscle on the heroes' side. Probably still not enough. The clock is running, the gate is opening, and whatever is on the other side is not waiting politely. Can anyone really stop a plan that Team Galactic has already set in motion?
