Nora Handa is a second year student at Sakuragabuchi Academy, and his mornings start the same way: Shachi, the girl his mother adopted, shakes him awake because she likes him more than anyone. Between Michi from the disciplinary committee and Yuuki, the gal who lets him vent about anything, his days are loud and ordinary. Then he cuts through the park on the way to class. A girl is sitting there. She says her name is Patricia, and that she is the princess of the underworld, here to wipe out everything living on the surface. Big talk. Except the surface hits back harder than she expected, and she ends up wrecked just from touching it, so Nora has to look after her. She wants to know about life, all of it, which somehow means him explaining an erotic book he picked up in that same park. One accidental kiss later, Nora is a black cat, and Patricia takes him home like a stray. She came to end the world and now she has a roommate with paws. What exactly is she planning to do with him?
